1. Sales Office/Ops Manager - MBMRingley

Lettings - Management of Managed Rentals
- Risk manage & sign off landlord agreements and tenancy agreements ensuring terms of business are advised to Clients in writing before completing an instruction.
- Create tenants/joint tenants & build tenancy structures, splitting any rent shares proportionately between tenants, input fee structures, inventory, finders fees, letting management fees, agreement fees, & tenancy dates & deposit type creating system invoices as necessary
- Manage receipts, payments and works orders
- Liaise with Ringley's FC to get new DD's set up before the cut off date

- Co-ordinate external consultants such as the auditors, insurance loss adjusters, surveyors, contractors to deliver a quality controlled service in a timely fashion
- Develop Client communication strategies including publishing Client newsletters to reinforce the care we give when Clients need to bear with us for a solution and to raise the Ringley profile when results are delivered.
