Overall purposeManage workflow, planning & implementing quality controls & providing board data. To drive marketing to meet company targets, planning renewal fees & focussing on Client retention to deliver growth & profitability.
Key Tasks
Risk management
  • Manage territory, machines, software and back ups
  • Manage daily banking to RICS requirements balancing the paying in slip to the computer cash book ledger
  • Assist Ringley's Service & Ops Manager in tracking and resolution of any quality issues
Team co-ordination
Support the MD at the daily team meeting taking responsibility for reporting on the following items
  • Arrears to be discussed - update CFP as appropriate, all arrears action including phone calls to be confirmed in writing to the tenants in case of need as evidence later
  • Tenancy renewals coming up
  • Landlord's gas safety certificates for renewal

  • Risk manage & sign off landlord agreements and tenancy agreements ensuring terms of business are advised to Clients in writing before completing an instruction.
  • Create tenants/joint tenants & build tenancy structures, splitting any rent shares proportionately between tenants, input fee structures, inventory, finders fees, letting management fees, agreement fees, & tenancy dates & deposit type creating system invoices as necessary
  • Manage receipts, payments and works orders

We already lead the industry with our on-line Client interface GATEWAYTM and in 2007 launched www.leaseholdersupport.co.uk the UK’s 1st on-line accountant and property manager as initiatives alongside our established Chartered Surveying business.

You will work almost exclusively with our MD, who founded the company and is our creative influence. Her mission is to enhance and integrate the www.ringleygroup.co.uk range of websites to build on existing e-business, and via the INTRANET portal to simplify systems and processes to get rid of paper and tie our 5 departments together.

The business is property and we are gearing up to embark on an aggressive acquisition strategy, so its an exciting place to be.

You will need to be able to work with other programmers and be willing to outsource/manage some elements to ensure you and the MD meet the delivery dates set by the Board for certain key phases.
