  • Register and effectively qualify applicant enquiries in person, over the telephone and email
  • Mainly office based
  • Help with reporting to clients
  • Be very keen on compliance with good knowledge
  • Follow the lettings process through to completion in an efficient manner
  • Keep all systems up to date
  • Learn and use all legislation and company policies
