Our commitment to the community and environment extends to projects overseas as we support developing nations through WATERAID.
WATERAID look to develop practical solutions to vital problems. Their focus is on providing safe water, effective sanitation and hygiene education to the world's poorest people.
They work with local communities to develop sustainable solutions to underlying problems and we believe our support of WATERAID is entirely in line with our practical approach to property management.
We donate the savings we get when our Clients pay their service charge bills on time, ie, the savings from not having to send reminders, final notices, envelopes, stamps etc. In fact Ringley donates £15 for every 36 clients who pay their service charge bills on time. Ringley also pays the credit card charges for those clients who pay online and add £15 to support WATERAID.
