To ensure that CSR continues to be embedded in the Ringley journey, in 2011 Ringley appointed a CSR Champion who reports to quarterly Board meetings.

We believe that success should never be at the expense of one’s values, and that it is our duty to help improve and protect the environment wherever we trade. Ringley contributes to by influence, best practice and financially to local society, the communities in buildings and estates we manage, the people who work with us and in community projects overseas. We are proud of our CSR agenda which is advanced for Ringley’s size/years and are delighted to have achieved a number of awards and other accolades. By nature CSR is an evolving agenda and each year CSR at Ringley has become more holistic and continues to deliver some modest financial savings but more importantly long lasting feelings of pride and well-being.

Ringley cares about its carbon credentials and is on the right track to meet 21st century CDR environmental goals: has already met the Renewable Energy Certification System Standards, and since 2011 has fully offset its Carbon emissions.
In 2012 Ringley supported the 2012 London Olympics by choosing the Olympic Park to plant 122 trees. Each year Ringley will continue to do its bit to make our great city a greener place by choosing other worthwhile inner city locations to offset the CO2 we produce.
At the end of 2011, Ringley’s overall carbon footprint at 2.305 tonnes per person continues to be three times lower than that of a London business of similar size (6.9 tonnes).
