Block Management Reviews
"Our property manager, Natalie Birmingham has made our experience with Ringley extremely positive, having moved some of the management of our commercial property over to Ringley.
Natalie's professionalism, promptness, and dedication to exceeding expectations has left a lasting impression. She responds promptly to any queries or comments that we have and what sets Natalie apart is her commitment to going above and beyond. "

"Ringley have been supporting a number of leaseholders as managing agent - including myself - through a large insurance claim. It’s not an easy job managing 40+ different competing interests and I commend them for handling such a tricky situation. Dominic and Kate have been been responsive, informative and have advocated my needs and interests to all third party stakeholders. The claim will take a significant amount of time to resolve but had it not of been for Ringley I do not think we would have made any progress at all. I strongly recommend them."

"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

We work to enhance the value of our Client’s asset and demonstrate good governance. To us this means engaging with leaseholders, residents and other stakeholders to ensure they are engaged with the management of each development.

Our aim is to make Management Company Directors feel empowered: to us this means 100% transparency and advising them of the options available to support decision making. We know volunteer directors have a day job, so work to delivery what they need in a timely manner and guide them on the decisions we need.

Moor Park is situated to the north-west, just outside of London, in the Three Rivers District of Hertfordshire. It is 15.5 miles from the centre of London. The area name derives from Moor Park, a country house that was built in 1678-79, for the nobleman, James Scott, 1st Duke of Monmouth, (1649-1685). He was the first illegitimate son of Charles II, (r. 1660-1685). In 1685, he claimed rights to the throne, to follow his father's Protestantism. Monmouth Scott led an unsuccessful rebellion to depose his uncle, King James II, (r. 1685-1688), who was Catholic. The rebellion failed, and Monmouth was beheaded for treason, in 1685.
Over the centuries, Moor Park Estate passed through the hands of many owners. In 1919, Lord Leverhulme, an industrialist and philanthropist, purchased 3,000 acres of Moor Park, as an investment, and in 1923, it was opened as a golf club. In 1937, Rickmansworth Urban District Council purchased the house, and 350 acres of grounds, to prevent further development, and leased them to the golf club. During World War II, (1939-1945), the mansion was requisitioned. From 1944-1945, it became the headquarters of the 1st Airborne Corps. Allied military operations were planned in the house, including the strategy for the Battle of Arnhem.
Until 1994, the golf club continued to lease the property. They then purchased the freehold from Three Rivers District Council, and the Moor Park Heritage Foundation was set up. Today, Moor Park Golf Club continues to own the house, which is regularly opened to the public for tours. Since 1995, it has been designated a Conservation Area, because of its special architectural, historic and landscape features. This means that there are restrictions on its development.
In 1910, a station called Sandy Lodge opened. It was named after the local Sandy Lodge Golf Course. In 1950, the station was renamed Moor Park. This is the Underground station we know today, on the Metropolitan Line.
The area of Moor Park remains affluent, and is one of the best, for quality of life. Roads within the estate are owned and managed by a private company, acting on behalf of the estate's residents. There is a parade of shops close to the Underground station. Today, Moor Park's population has a high concentration of older people.
