Block Management Reviews
"Our property manager, Natalie Birmingham has made our experience with Ringley extremely positive, having moved some of the management of our commercial property over to Ringley.
Natalie's professionalism, promptness, and dedication to exceeding expectations has left a lasting impression. She responds promptly to any queries or comments that we have and what sets Natalie apart is her commitment to going above and beyond. "

"Ringley have been supporting a number of leaseholders as managing agent - including myself - through a large insurance claim. It’s not an easy job managing 40+ different competing interests and I commend them for handling such a tricky situation. Dominic and Kate have been been responsive, informative and have advocated my needs and interests to all third party stakeholders. The claim will take a significant amount of time to resolve but had it not of been for Ringley I do not think we would have made any progress at all. I strongly recommend them."

"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

We work alongside those deploying capital: our VirginLand by Ringley identify sites, our capital markets team work on equity and debt, our Asset Managers act as Employer’s Agent during the build for Project Monitoring. Towards Practical Completion we will be preparing always to mobilse new assets, take plant handover, recruit great teams and lease up fast.

We work to enhance the value of our Client’s asset and demonstrate good governance. To us this means engaging with leaseholders, residents and other stakeholders to ensure they are engaged with the management of each development.

Our aim is to make Management Company Directors feel empowered: to us this means 100% transparency and advising them of the options available to support decision making. We know volunteer directors have a day job, so work to delivery what they need in a timely manner and guide them on the decisions we need.

The name Deptford derives from Division of the Parish. This is based on a ford across the Ravensbourne river, along the route of the Celtic trackway. Hence the name "deep ford" became the similar name Deptford. This was later paved by the Romans, and developed into the medieval Watling Street.
Deptford featured in the pilgrimage route from London to Canterbury in Chaucer's The Canterbury Tales, in the prologue to The Reeve's Tale.
Deptford Dockyard was established by Henry VIII in 1513, as the first Royal Dockyard. It became a major shipping dock, where many famous names in history spent their time, including Peter The Great, ruler of the Russian Empire from 1862. He studied shipbuilding. The dockyard was mainly inactive in 1830, and although shipbuilding briefly resumed in the 1840s, the navy closed the yard in 1869.
Anthology Deptford Foundry is made up of eight buildings and one tower, and houses 276 private homes in total. It has a selection of one, two and three bedroom homes on offer, all with balonies or terraces. Deptford Foundry also has 32,000 sq.ft. of studio spaces provided by Second Floor Studio and Arts spaces for over 450 artists, crafters, designers and makers. Its residents have access to a beautiful communal landscape garden. There is a thriving local community, and the development is within easy reach of New Cross and Deptford.
Deptford Landings are designed with the modern resident in mind, featuring light and spacious open-plan interiors, high quality specifications throughout, and private outside space for every home. A unique feature of the building, is its combination of traditional and contemporary design. There are a good range of shops and restaurants, and opportunities for flexible working and start-up businesses.
I love the combination of market stalls, and there are some great places to enjoy food and drink, at Deptford Market. |
Deptford Market is one of south London's busiest, and has been in Deptford High Street Market for centuries. It has fresh fish, fruit and vegetables, antiques and bric-a-brac. There are a good range of independent shops, restaurants and new market space. Names include: The Tapas Room, The Box, for unisex hair cutting, Taproom, SE8, AAJA Deptford, Little Nan's, which features bottomless boozy supper, bottomless boozy brunch, and afternoon tea.
Twinkle Park is a lovely little park, located at the end of Watergate Street. This is an unusual backwater of cobbled streets, that meander around the old wharves and housing estates. The layout of the roads dates back to the origins of Deptford's shipbuilding history. Close to Twinkle Park and just across the street, is the master shipwright's house, built in 1708, for Joseph Allen. The park itself has a children's play area, which is also a school playground during school hours. There is a small but pretty little pond, with irises, and surrounded by wooden decking and flower beds.
